The Delivery Policy gives you our terms of the delivery service. Once you make a purchase in our store you accept this policy.

Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 2– 3 business days, however, some orders may ship within as few as 24 hrs and some may take up to 5 business days.

Tracking Number: after order processing, we send an e-mail with the tracking number. To track your order you can refer to our page TRACK YOUR ORDER. If your tracking number shows you as: NOT FOUND OR NOT AVAILABLE, please don't worry, in a few days you can see all the progress of your order, sometimes the courier take more time to make the updates.

Unfortunately, we can't control the courier system it's a third-party service.

Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave the distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

Delivery time: If you are Located in the United States the delivery time is from 15 to 20 business days, for other countries, our delivery time is from 10 to 35 business days if your order is already passed out estimated time please contact us.

  • Deliveries can be made between the hours of 7 am and 8 pm on business days. Sometimes the delivery company will provide you with an approximate time window. The delivery company will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.
  • Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the merchandise at the address you provide. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order.
  • Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our refund policy.

 IMPORTANT:

  1. We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online begin processing almost immediately in our system to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time.
  2. We are not responsible for additional charges that your country makes for customs and import. In the event that this occurs, you must cover these costs to receive your order.
  3. You can review the most current version of the Delivery Policy at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Delivery Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
